Happy Monarch Designs creates handmade, high quality ladies fashion hats.
There are various styles, materials and accents that make each one of the hats and individual piece of art, with no two ever being created the same. I will also work with a customer to create a custom hat that is to their specifications.
Owned and operated by Meagan McEwen, I design and assemble each one myself. I work out of my home and am currently located in Estevan, SK. There are several retail locations where my work can be found including:

~ Sisters' Boutique and Bistro, Montmartre, SK
